1. I’m am far more resilient than I realise. Going through hard times is never easy, I just seem to get better at recovering from it.
2. I tend to get bored easily, so I’m always finding ways to keep things interesting and this leads to fun experiences or new opportunities.
3. I like how I think and how I describe my ideas to someone, my imagination, my world in my mind.
4. I’m always sharing deliciously baked goodies with friends and colleagues when I get the baking urge.
5. My good temperament.
Yesterday I went for my first 7km run for this year before work and was very hungry afterwards. Definitely did not eat enough and ended up having some peanut butter and jam on pumpkin bread after work.
This morning I just came back from doing 1000 steps with shy boy and was starving. I ended up having 3 bananas, 2 slices of pumpkin bread toast with peanut butter and jam and some grapes and…a date. And I’m only just feeling satiated. What is with this appetite.
